Marketing/Social Media Manager (m/f)

A Marketing/Social Media Manager who will implement the company’s online community and social media marketing strategy. This role will own member adoption and participation in vju.tv’s online universe, including the vju.tv community, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media outlets. Additionally, you will research, write, edit and publish relevant content supporting all vju.tv marketing activities. As a member of the vju.tv marketing team, you will participate in the development, execution and performance monitoring of all vju.tv marketing strategies and activities.
Qualifications
- University degree in communications, marketing or related industry
- 1-3 years of experience managing online marketing, blogs, online ads, or social media
- Fluency in English
- Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure with fantastic interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable dedication to blogging and use of social media
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, able to produce editorial and technical writing output
- Discretion to identify threats and opportunities in user generated content
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Provides accurate and timely technical support to our customers via telephone, email and on-site. Manages support issues of a complex and technical nature with varying degrees of priority. Addresses incidents within predetermined service levels, requiring the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Project Manager / Senior Project Consultants (m/f)
Manage projects from the beginning of the sales cycle through delivery. Provide pre-sales support, develop cost estimates, manage customer engagements, schedule and lead teams of technical and design resources, develop system specifications, architecture and project plans.
Strong understanding of local and wide area networking, hosting, Internet services, systems architecture, application / Web development and database systems. Ability to communicate the technical details of a solution clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Excellent presentation skills.
